通扬球精等3种药物对牦牛球虫病的治疗效果
Therapeutic Effect of Diclazuril Solution and Other Two Kinds of Drugs to Yak Coccidiosis

Abstract
Tofiltrate the effective drugs for yak coccidiosis treatment,drug screening experiments of three groups against coccidiosis with 96 yaks(73 calves born in the year and 23 1-year-old yaks)bred by 4 family herders in Shaliuhe town of Gangcha county,Qinghai province was carried out by using 3 kinds of anticoccidial drugs:Tongyang Qiujing(Diclazuril Solution),Tongyang Xueqiujing(Sulfa Chlorine Pyrazine sodium soluble powder)andPoplar Oral Liquid(Chinese herbal and crude drugs preparations for diarrhea treatment of cattle and sheep). Fecal oocyst positive rates of the three groups before drug delivery were 87.50%,84.38% and 93.75%,respectively . After a week of drug delivery for three consecutive days,fecal oocyst negative rates were 92.86%,0 and 10%,respectively. The results proved thatTongYang Qiujing was effective to yak coccidiosis,meanwhile the other two drugs noneffective to yak coccidiosis.关键词
