优化土地供应结构助推供给侧结构性改革--以安徽省为例
Optimizing Land Supply Structure and Boosting Supply-Side Structural Reform-A Case Study of Anhui Province

Abstract
Optimizing the land resource distribution is an important aspect of the supply-side reform of land. From 2007 to 2014, the total supply land for the second industry of the range of north, central, and south Anhui province accounted for 32.76%, 57.81 %, and 9.43% of the totals for this period respectively, and the total supply land for the third industry accounted for 44.22%, 44.25%, and 11.52% respectively. New returns of land supply of ifnancial sector are the highest, while those of the industrial sector are lower. This paper points out that state-owned construction land supply is consistent with the regional economic development level, but there are still big gaps between the different regions. On account of this, this paper gives suggestions on land supply in accordance with the regions and industries. That means, in north Anhui province, industrial land supply will be increased; accommodation and catering industry land can be appropriately increased supply, and the structure of real estate internal supply must be adjusted. In middle Anhui province, industrial land supply need to be decreased; while increasing the third industrial land supply as appropriate such as wholesale and retail industry, ifnancial industry, and real-estate sectors. In south Anhui, real estate construction land supply should be increased; the level of land use for accommodation and catering industry, as well as wholesale and retail industry must be improved; while also reducing the land supply for ifnancial industry.关键词
