Abstract
Economical and intensive use of mineral resources presents an essential factor that affects mine enterprise economic beneifts. Regarding 21 underground coal mines in the city of Yangquan as study objects, this paper provides empowerment for “Three Rates” of coal resource utilization by analysis of variance. The three rates includes coal mine working section recovery rate,selected rate of raw coal, and comprehensive utilization rate of coal gangue and associated mineral resources. As a result, the scores of intensive use level of coal resources have been reached, and then ordering these sores from largest to smallest, comparing with the result obtained by cluster analysis. With the consistent results, this paper gives an analysis of the factors that affects the level of economical and intensive utilization of coal resources.It turned out that the economical and intensive utilization of resources is neither good nor bad in the 21 underground coal mines in the city of Yangquan, in which Xinyuan and Dengmaotong coal mines have been done well, while Nanzhuang and Changgou coal mines have been done badly. Finally, this paper points out the main factors that affect economical and intensive utilization of coal resources include coal resource condition,technical conditions, the funding and order for coal resource exploration.关键词
