Abstract
This paper first analyzes the reasons why the geological exploration units face the risk of credit rights in the contract for construction based on the practice that Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology Exploration Institute of Gansu Province has done. The major reasons behind this risk lie in the fact that: the shortcomings in enterprise internal control system and mechanism, lax contract review, non-standard market moves, disorderly competition, lack of predictions on the national macroeconomic development trend, and blind investment. On account of this, this paper offers some prevention and control measures. These measures lay emphasis on the following. First, the local government should enhance their efforts to monitor and manage the geological projects. Second, ensuring that both the internal management ability and the awareness of precautions against risks can be better enhanced. Third, making continuous and healthy progress in geological exploration cause in accordance with the rule of law; strengthening efforts to act based on laws and regulations and impose strict requirements so as to improve the execution.关键词
