Abstract
As the equivalence or substitute of traditional paper certificate, electronic ship certificate (document and statutory records) has become the focus of discussion for IMO committees and sub-committees. It will have a profound influence on the shipping industry. The paper introduces the background of electronic ship certificate, analyzes the advantages in application and puts forward the technical approaches for its application.关键词
