微型种植体联合磁性附着体对老年无牙颌患者的修复疗效分析
Effect of micro implant combined with magnetic attachment on the repair of elderly patients with non dental jaw
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the application of micro implant and magnetic attachment in elderly pa-tients with no teeth jaw. Methods: Selected from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital of el-derly 24 cases as the object of study, including 17 males, 7 females and patients implement micro im-plant combined with magnetic attachment in the treatment of edentulous patients without, and planted after the patients understand the repair. Results: The data before and after treatment were compared. Results after treatment in patients with retention force and chewing ability were significantly higher than the treatment before, after treatment the denture related index were significantly higher than that in the treatment before, the difference was obvious statistical value (P<0.05), before and after the treat-ment of adverse reactions in patients with no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: It has a very significant effect on the implementation of micro implant and magnetic attachment of the elderly pa-tients with no teeth jaw, and it is worth to be popularized in clinical application.关键词
