摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of cholecystokinin-octopeptide on repairing defect of sciatic nerve.Methods:Wistar rats were divided into the A group and the B group.The A group were treated with CCK-8 injection,while the B group were injected with normal saline.Then we evaluated the degree of recovery after 12 weeks.Results:In the A group,the indexes in the seven indexes of motor behavior,the morphology of the regenerated nerve,the SFI% ,the NEP determination,the histological structure and the count and recovery rate of the pulp fibers were better than those of the B group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CCK-8 can be used as artificial neural defect material in repairing long peripheral nerve.关键词
