摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the rational use and supervision of antibiotics.Methods:120 cases of discharged medical records were selected at two time periods before and after antibiotics use supervision.The use of antibiotics and third-generation cephalosporin was investigated.The corresponding supervision measures were put forward.Results:The total utilization rate of antibiotics and the total utilization rate of third-generation cephalosporin after supervision were significantly lower than those before supervision(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rational use of antibiotics has a positive effect on saving health resources,reducing the burden of patients,reducing the drug adverse reactions and so on.关键词
