摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of levosimendan on clinical intervention of acute left heart failure.Methods:160 patients with acute left heart failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups and received baseline treatment.The control group was given dobutamine,while the study group was given levosimendan.The curative effect,the main cardiac function indexes changes before and after treatment and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group and the control group was 91.25% and 76.25% respectively,and the research group was significantly better than the control group.The left ventricular ejection fraction,stroke volume and plasma brain natriuretic peptide level were significantly better in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of levosimendan in the treatment of patients with acute left heart failure is significant.It can significantly improve the heart function,with good safety.关键词
