摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the antihypertensive effect of irbesartan and levamlodipine.Methods:Elderly patients with essential hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.Irbesartan was selected as the based antihypertensive regimen selection of the two groups(150 mg/d),and the study group was added levamlodipine besylate(5 mg/d)for treatment.The blood pressure levels was compared between groups before and after treatment. Results:The difference was statistically significant in blood pressure between groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Irbesartan and levamlodipine besylate can significantly reduce the level of blood pressure in elderly hypertensive patients,which has important significance in protecting the function of the target organ.关键词
