中重度宫颈糜烂治疗效果比较
Comparison on the therapeutic effects of moderate and severe cervical erosion
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of LEEP operation and microwave therapy on moderate and severe cervical erosion. Methods:92 cases of moderate and severe cervical erosion were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 46 cases in each.The observation group were treated with LEEP operation,while the control group were treated with microwave therapy.Then we compared the amount of bleeding,vaginal discharge time and clinical efficacy between groups.Results:In the observation group,the amount of postoperative bleeding and vaginal discharge time were less than in the control group(P<0.05);the cure rate of severe erosion in the observation group was significantly better than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with microwave treatment,LEEP treatment on moderate and severe cervical erosion can effectively reduce the amount of postoperative bleeding and vaginal drainage time,improve the treatment effect,and it has obviously advantages in the treatment of severe cervical erosion.关键词
