摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the risk factors and the feasible methods of diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic and duodenal hemorrhage after resection.Methods:22 patients with pancreatic and duodenal resection were selected,and clinical data was analyzed.Results:4 cases of postoperative hemorrhage,the occurrence probability of 18.2%. Perioperative blood loss, postoperative abdominal infection in patients with postoperative bleeding were correlation factors.Postoperative abdominal infection or pancreatic fistula were the independence factors of the patients with postoperative bleeding.Conclusion:To clear to prevent intraoperative or postoperative after pancreatic fistula and peritoneal appeared signs of infection,it as a postoperative reduce bleeding in the diagnosis and treatment methods.关键词
