社区医院急慢性盆腔炎的治疗体会
Treatment experience on acute or chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in community hospital

Abstract
Objective:To explore the treatment effect on acute or chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in the community hospital. Methods:80 patients with acute or chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with tinidazole and levofloxacin.While patients in the observation group added external treatment based on the treatment in the control group.Results:In the observation group,32 cases were cured;4 cases were markedly effective;3 cases were effective;1 case was ineffective;the effective rate was 97.5%.While in the control group,20 cases were cured;8 cases were markedly effective;4 cases were effective;8 cases were ineffective,the effective rate was 80.0% .The difference was statistically significant between groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Tinidazole,levofloxacin intravenous infusion combined with gentamicin,metronidazole and novocaine pelvic injection treatment on acute or chronic pelvic inflammatory disease have remarkable curative effect.关键词
