应用精囊镜治疗顽固性血精临床分析
Clinical analysis of seminal vesicle microscope in the treatment of persistent hematospermia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of seminal vesicle microscope in the treatment of persistent hematospermia. Methods:20 patients with persistent hematospermia were selected.The eminal vesicle microscope was applied through the urethra and ejaculation tube,then the levofloxacin solution was injected into.We used holmium laser lithotripsy after the stones were found, indwelling catheter in 24 h after operation,intravenous infusion of anti infective drugs within 1 to 3 days.Results:All patients were successfully completed the operation;the average operation time was(53.4±7.8)min;the average length of stay was(4.9±0.6)d. During the 1 year follow-up it showed no recurrence in patients with hemospermia;ejaculation pain occurred in 3 cases after surgery,2 cases of epididymitis.All patients were cured by anti infection treatment.Conclusion:Seminal vesicle microscope surgery is not only easy to operate,but also has the advantages of less trauma,less complications and obvious curative effect.关键词
