后凸椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的疗效及安全性分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fracture with posterior convex vertebral body.Methods:82 patients with osteoporotic vertebral fracture were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of 41 cases. The control group received routine conservative treatment.The observation group was treated with posterior convex vertebral angioplasty.Cobb angle,vertebral height and pain degree, safety between groups after treatment were evaluated.Results:The vertebral height and Cobb angle of the observation group were significantly different from the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fracture with posterior convex vertebral body has satisfactory effect,and it can promote the recovery of the active function.关键词
