早发型重度子痫前期终止妊娠时机及分娩方式与围生儿结局的关系研究OA
Study on the relationship among the time of termination of pregnancy and the mode of delivery and perinatal outcome in early onset severe preeclampsia
目的：探讨早发型重度子痫前期终止妊娠时机及分娩方式与围生儿结局的关系。方法：收治确诊为早发型重度子痫前期患者186例，按终止妊娠时间平分为A、B、C 3组。另根据宫颈成熟条件及病情程度将其平分为剖宫产组和自然分娩组。观察不同终止妊娠时间及不同分娩方式的围生儿结局。结果：随着妊娠孕周的增加，发生新生儿窒息率及死亡率逐渐下降(P＜0.05)；剖宫产组围生儿成活率显著高于自然分娩组，组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对早发型重度子痫前期…查看全部>>
