剖宫产后瘢痕子宫再次妊娠分娩方式的临床分析
Clinical analysis of delivery mode of re-pregnancy women with scar uterus after cesarean section
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of delivery mode of re-pregnancy women with scar uterus after cesarean section.Methods:142 re-pregnancy women after cesarean section were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups. The pregnancy delivery methods of re-pregnancy women in the control group and the observation group were cesarean section and vaginal delivery.The birth outcomes of the two groups,the successful conditions of trial production of uterine scar vaginal,the results of vaginal delivery of scar uterus at the same period were compared.Results:The differences in the amount of bleeding, hospitalization time,the incidence of puerperal disease between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chose vaginal delivery mode for re-pregnancy women with scar uterus after cesarean section is safe and reliable.关键词
