Abstract
Objective:To study the influence of preservation of the intercostobrachial nerve(ICBN)during surgery on the clinical curative effect of patients with breast cancer under breast conserving surgery.Methods:98 patients with breast cancer were selected.They were all treated by reast conserving surgery.They were randomly divided into the two groups.For breast conserving surgery without preservation of the intercostobrachial nerve of the patients were selected as the control group,while patients with the preservation of the intercostobrachial nerve were selected as the observation group.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 91.84% and 81.63% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was 12.24% ,which was significantly lower than that of the control group of 28.57% ,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The retention intercostobrachial nerve in the treatment of patients with breast cancer can effectively improve the total effective rate of the treatment of tumors,and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
