奥卡西平治疗创伤性癫痫的效果评价
Effect evaluation of oxcarbazepine in the treatment of traumatic epilepsy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of oxcarbazepine in the treatment of traumatic epilepsy.Methods:50 patients with traumatic epilepsy were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group with 40 cases and the control group with 10 cases.The control group was given phenytoin treatment.The observation group was given oxcarbazepine treatment.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of oxcarbazepine in the treatment of traumatic epilepsy is better than that of phenytoin,and the adverse reaction is less.关键词
