Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Wen Xin Granule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease combined with arrhythmia.Methods:150 patients with coronary heart disease combined with arrhythmia were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 75 patients in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol,and the observation group was treated with Wen Xin Granule combined with metoprolol.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the control group,the total effective rate of 77.33% was significantly lower than 96% of the observation group,and the incidence of adverse reactions of 40.00% was significantly higher than 14.67%in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Wen Xin Granule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease combined with arrhythmia was significant.关键词
