Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable period with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods:120 patients with COPD at stable period were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group and the observation group with 40 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional therapy.The treatment group was treated with tiotropium bromide on the basis of the control group.The observation group was treated with Bai Ling capsule on the basis of the treatment group.We compared the therapeutic effect of three groups.Results:After treatment,the lung function and exercise tolerance of treatment group and observation group were significantly improved.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the observation group(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group and the treatment group.Conclusion:The clinical effect of the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable period with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was significant.关键词
