丹红注射液联合中医推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病78例疗效观察
Clinical observation on 78 cases of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis treated with Dan Hong injection combined with Chinese massage

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Dan Hong injection combined with traditional Chinese massage in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.Methods:78 patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were selected. They were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 39 cases in each according to the treatment methods. The experimental group were given the Dan Hong injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine facial and neck shoulder back massage therapy.The control group were given a simple facial and neck shoulder back massage therapy.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of dizziness, headache,neck pain and upper limb numbness in the experimental group was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dan Hong injection combined with Chinese massage manipulation in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis is significantly better than the simple massage therapy,which can improve the patient's symptoms better effect.关键词
