Abstract
Objective:Patients with acute cerebral infarction were given 1.5T magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging under different high b value parameters,to explore the imaging features and differences under different high b value parameters. Methods:90 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected.They were given 1.5T magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging under different high b value parameters.We analyzed the images.Results:With the increase of b value,the contrast of gray matter and white matter of the brain was more clear,local scope was enlarged,and the ADC value was decreased.The ADC value of the lesion site was significantly lower than that of the healthy brain region(P<0.05).Conclusion:The appropriate choice of higher b value can improve the accuracy rate of magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction.关键词
