Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of CT imaging in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:72 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected.All patients were examined with 16 slice spiral CT.Results:Location of hematoma in lobar of 12 patients,putamen in 33 cases,thalamus in 21 cases,6 cases in cerebellar;breaking into ventricle in 13 patients;bleeding<50 mL in 39 cases,50~100 mL of 18 cases,>100 mL in 15 cases.Brain midline structure shift<1 cm in 59 cases,>1 cm in 13 cases.Conclusion:CT examination in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has high value in the diagnosis.It not only can clear bleeding site and range,but also can calculate the amount of bleeding,to provide a strong basis for the clinical development of reasonable treatment and prognosis assessment.It is the first choice of diagnosis of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.关键词
