婴幼儿喘息性疾病应用潮气呼吸肺功能检测的诊断价值研究
The diagnostic value of pulmonary function of asthmatic disease in infants using moisture detection
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of tidal breath pulmonary function test in diagnosis of wheezing diseases in infants.Methods:51 cases with asthmatic disease in infants and young children were selected as the observation group,and 48 cases over the same period in our hospital medical healthy infants were selected as control group.Two groups of objects were to be tidal breath pulmonary function test.The lung function indexes were recorded before and after treatment in the observation group and the control group.Results:In the observation group before treatment,Rr was significantly higher than that of the control group, VT,VREF/VE and TPTEF/TE were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tidal breath pulmonary function test can effectively reflect the condition of infants with wheezing diseases, therapeutic effect and prognosis.关键词
