子宫肌瘤患者合并高血压的临床护理干预观察
Clinical nursing intervention on patients with uterine myoma complicated with hypertension

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the methods and effects of perioperative nursing intervention on patients with uterine myoma complicated with hypertension.Methods:90 patients with uterine myoma complicated with hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the control of blood pressure,adverse reaction rate,satisfaction rate and each dimension scores of postoperative quality of life were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative nursing intervention on patients with uterine myoma complicated with hypertension was helpful to control blood pressure,reduce postoperative complications,improve patient satisfaction and postoperative quality of life.关键词
