摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of responsibility system holistic nursing care in patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding under endoscopy.Methods:20 patients with acute upper digestive tract hemorrhage treated by endoscopic treatment were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each. Patients in the observation group were take responsibility of holistic nursing care,while in the control group were given routine nursing,then we compared the treatment effect and patient satisfaction rate between groups.Results:The success rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the bleeding rate was lower than the control group,and the satisfaction degree of patients was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:Application of responsibility system holistic nursing care in patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding under endoscopy can improve the clinical symptoms,increase the treatment effect,and prevent the occurrence of rebleeding.关键词
