优质护理服务在急诊抢救室中的应用观察
Application of high quality nursing service in emergency resuscitation room
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of high quality nursing service in emergency resuscitation room.Methods:1 000 patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was given routine care,and the study group was given high quality nursing service.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:In the control group,the anxiety score was 38.45;the depression score was 37.49;the nursing satisfaction score was 69.87;the nursing quality score was 85.23;the incidence of nursing error was 10.2%.In the study group,the anxiety score was 29.56;the depression score was 30.23;the nursing satisfaction score was 84.56;the nursing quality score was 90.55;the incidence of nursing error was 5‰ .The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion:The application effect of high quality nursing service in emergency resuscitation room was significant.关键词
