Abstract
Objective:To analyze the risk factors of hemodialysis hospital infection and to explore the nursing intervention measures.Methods:420 patients treated by hemodialysis were selected.We made a retrospective analysis from two aspects of the risk factors and clinical nursing characteristics.Results:98 hemodialysis patients occurred nosocomial infection,the infection rate of 23.3%.1 case of skin infection,3 cases of central venous catheter,12 cases of urinary system,2 cases of fistula and 80 cases of respiratory tract.The general information(gender,age)hospitalization time,use of antimicrobial drugs,hormone use in the case of no infection,indwelling central venous catheter and catheter time,suffering from diabetes or not these would all lead to hospital infection.Conclusion:A variety of risk factors can lead to the occurrence of hospital infection in hemodialysis patients.By taking necessary nursing intervention measures,the medical quality can be improved.关键词
