护理程序在家庭腹膜透析患者健康教育中的应用
Application of nursing procedure in the health education for patients with home peritoneal dialysis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of nursing procedure in the health education for patients with home peritoneal dialysis.Methods:42 patients with home peritoneal dialysis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 21 cases in each.The control group was given traditional health education.The observation group was given nursing procedure health education.The nursing effects of the two groups was compared.Results:The re hospitalization rate after 1 year and peritonitis incidence rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The not standardized operation patient number,not ideal water and salt control patient number were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing procedure health education in patients with home peritoneal dialysis can effectively reduce the re hospitalization rate and improve the life quality of patients.关键词
