摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the maternal postpartum pure breast feeding and lactation skills after whole high quality nursing intervention.Methods:80 cases of puerperas were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The observation group was given whole high quality nursing.The control group was given routine nursing.The related lactation situations of two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results:6 weeks and 3 months after the intervention,the lactation skill score and pure breast feeding rate of the observation group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Whole high quality nursing intervention can effectively improve the pure breast feeding rate,improve their lactation skills,and promote the healthy growth and development of newborns.关键词
