人参炔醇对大鼠心功能的影响
Effect of Panaxynol on Cardiac Function in Rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Panaxynol on cardiac function and discuss its relation to intercellular calcium.Method:Cardiac function of isolated heart before and after administration of Panaxynol was measured by Langendorff heart perfusion system.Cardiomyocyte contraction and calcium transient before and after administration of Panaxynol were evaluated using the IonOptix myocam system.Result:After application of Panaxynol,the systolic and diastolic function of the heart was inhibited,intracellular calcium concentration and calcium sensitivity in cardiac myocytes decreased.Conclusion:Panaxynol has negative inotropic effect on rat heart, which is related to the decrease of calcium level in cardiomyocytes and calcium sensitivity.关键词
