摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study mechanism analysis of Paniculata Total Alkaloids in hyperlipidemia rats. Method:Paniculata Total Alkaloids were extracted,separated and purified,Wistar rats model were made by high fat feed,all were randomly divided into control group,positive control group,model control group and Paniculata Total Alkaloids low,medium and high dose group according to different lavage way,each for 10 cases,total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),fatty acid synthase (FAS) and carnitine palmitoyl transferase 1 (CPT) levels were determined.Result:Serum and liver lipids TC,TG levels of positive control group,model control group,Paniculata Total Alkaloids group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05),the above index of Paniculata Total Alkaloids group were significantly lower than positive control group(P<0.05),with the dose of Paniculata Total Alkaloids increasing,serum and liver lipids TC,TG levels were declined(P<0.05).FAS level of positive control group, model control group,Paniculata Total Alkaloids group were significantly lower than control group,CPT-1 level were obviously higher than control group,FAS levels of Paniculata Total Alkaloids group significantly lower than positive control group,CPT-1 level were obviously higher than positive control group (P<0.05),with the doses of Paniculata Total Alkaloids increasing,FAS level were declined,CPT-1 level were increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Paniculata Total Alkaloids plays a therapic role for hyperlipemia by lowering FAS and increasing CPT-1 content.
