乳胶增强免疫比浊法在PG1、PG2临床检测中的应用价值

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of latex-enhanced immunoturbidimetry in clinical detection of PG1,PG2.Method:A total of 50 cases of gastric cancer,who were treated in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2014 (gastric group) were selected.75 patients with atrophic gastritis patients(control group 1),50 patients with peptic ulcer patients(control group 2),and 50 patients with normal volunteers were selected according to pathology results at the same period(control group 3).Latex-enhanced immunoturbidimetry was applied in the detection of serum PG1 and PG2 level of four fasting group patients,then they were analyzed.Result:PG1,PG2 content of the control group 3 were compared with that of the other three groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).PG1,PG2 content and PGR scores of the control group 2 were compared with that of the gastric cancer group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).PG1, PG2 content and PGR scores of the control group 2 were compared with the control group 1,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). PG1,PG2 content and PGR scores in each atrophic gastritis subgroups were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).PG1 and PG2 content in the gastric antrum group were higher than that of the non-gastric antrum group,comparative differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).When the value for the community was PGI≤70 ng/mL and PGR≤4,the specificity was 68.08%,and the sensitivity was 70.59%. Conclusion:Using immunonephelometry to detect of serum PG1,PG2 level has high sensitivity and specificity in gastric cancer patients with atrophic gastritis.For early diagnosis,it has important significance, and has a quantitative,rapid,stable,low cost,practical,convenient detection, radiation and other advantages.关键词
