不同剂量复方丹参注射液治疗高脂血症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效比较
Efficacy of Different Doses Compound Danshen Injection Treatment for Hyperlipidemic Acute Pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy of different doses Compound Danshen Injection treatment for hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis (HAP),in order to provide treatment advice for the clinical treatment of hyperlipidemia acute pancreatitis.Method:A total of 73 patients with HAP were selected and randomly divided into large dose group (n=26),conventional dose group (n=22) and control group (n=25),patients in the control group accepted conventional medical treatment,and conventional dose group accepted Compound Danshen Injection 20 mL,1 times/d,10 d,on the basis of the control group,and the large dose group accepted Compound Danshen Injection 40 mL,2 times/d,10 d.The serum index,clinical efficacy,complication rate were compared between the three groups.Result:After treatment,the serum levels of TG,AMY,CRP of all patients were lower than that before treatment,the large dose group and conventional dose group reduced more,and the serum levels of TG of large dose group was significantly lower than that of conventional dose group (P<0.05).The total effective rate,explicit effective rate of the large dose group were 96.15%,80.77%,the conventional dose group were 95.45%,50.00%,the control group were 68.00%,20.00%,the total effective rate and explicit effective rate of the large dose group and the conventional dose group were significantly higher than that of the control group, and the explicit effective rate of large dose group was significantly higher than that of the conventional dose group (P<0.05).There were no significantly difference on the complication rate and in-hospital mortality between the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Large dose Compound Danshen Injection can significantly reduce the levels of serum lipids,improve the clinical manifestations of HAP,but did not increase the risk of complications.关键词
