护理本科生实习压力水平调查分析
Investigation and Analysis on the Stress Level of Nursing Students’ Practice
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the nursing undergraduate students (hereinafter referred to as nursing students) practice pressure level,in order to put forward the corresponding measures and alleviate the pressure of nursing students to provide reference.Method:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 100 nursing students in our hospital by general data questionnaire and nursing students’ practice pressure source scale.Result:The internship pressure total score was (55.38±13.45) points,the average of 1.51 points per project,the 6 dimensions of internship stress score from high to low were learn and work conflict,interpersonal relationship,work load,work support,practice preparation and work nature.There were statistically significant differences in the 6 dimensions of the different gender of nursing students in the internship pressure(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the 2 dimensions of interpersonal relationship,learning and work conflict among nursing students of different study attribution(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing education workers should pay attention to nursing students Thought dynamic,understand their stress levels and establish a good social support system,in order to reduce the pressure of nursing students internship.关键词
