PDCA循环管理模式在临床护理管理中的应用效果分析
Analysis on the Application Effect of PDCA Circulation Management Mode in Clinical Nursing Management

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of PDCA cycle mode on the quality of clinical nursing management quality.Method:The patients and clinical nurses who were admitted to the clinical departments of our hospital from January to October 2014 were selected as the research objects,from January to May did not implement the PDCA cycle as a control group and from June to October implement the PDCA cycle as the observation group.The effect of nursing work was randomly check,basic nursing qualified rate, nursing documents writing qualified rate,basic theory of nursing examination qualified rate and patient care satisfaction in two groups were compared.Result:Sampling results showed that,basic nursing qualified rate,nursing documents writing qualified rate,basic theory of nursing examination qualified rate and patient care satisfaction in observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA cycle model is an effective way of nursing management,can improve the efficiency of hospital nursing management,the hospital whole nursing quality and patients satisfaction with nursing care,is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
