精准肝切除在原发性肝癌中的临床应用研究
Application of Precision Hepatectomy in Primary Carcinoma of Liver
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effects of precision hepatectomy in primary carcinoma of liver.Method:A total of 35 cases of primary carcinoma of liver undergoing hepatectomy from October 2010 to January 2015 were reviewed retrospectively.Result:Operative time was (178±21.5)min,blood loss was (254±24.7)mL, hospital stay was (15.1±5.4)d,among the patients,1 case infection of the wound,6 case pleural effusion,3 cases bile leakage,all patients were cured.The time following-up activities was 1-24 months, 4 cases recurrence.Conclusion:Precise hepatectomy is an effective treatment for primary carcinoma of liver with a low rate of complications and recurrence,it worthy of clinical application.关键词
