Application of Five Elements Music in the Fetal Heart Monitoring
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of five elements music in the fetal heart monitoring (EFM).Method:From March 2015 to March 2016,196 cases of pregnant women with fetal heart monitoring in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the reference group and the observation group according to whether give pregnant women to listen to five elements music in the monitoring process,each group had 98 cases.The reference group was given the routine method of fetal heart monitoring,the observation group was given five lines of music on basis of control group,the care pass rate,adverse emotional score and neonatal 1 min score (1 min Apgar) in two groups of pregnant women were compared.Result:The monitoring pass rate of observation group was 95.92%,which was significantly higher than 85.71% of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference in two groups of 1 min Apgar scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:Use of five lines of music in the process of fetal heart monitoring can significantly improve the mood of pregnant women and then increase the number of qualified cases,reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes,it can be used as a reliable method of fetal heart monitoring.关键词
