中西医治疗卵巢早衰的研究进展
Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine Treatment of Premature Ovarian Failure

Abstract
Premature ovarian failure (POF) is a heterogeneous disorder with the cessation of ovulation and the loss of ovarian function.The diagnosis is based on finding of amenorrhoea before age of 40 years associated with low estrogen(E2<25 pg/mL)、high follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH>40 IU/L) and luteinizing hormone (LH>30 IU/L).POF is a common disease in the gynecological endocrine field.Because the etiology of POF is more and the exact mechanism is not clear,so there are many divergence on treatment and lack clear and effective treatment methods for restoring natual ovarian function.This article reviewe the treatment effect of POF from the perspective of both Chinese and western medicine and provide reference for the clinical treatment of POF.关键词
