中青年腰椎间盘突出症行髓核摘除术的远期疗效分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the long term efficacy of youth and middle-aged lumbar disc herniation underwent discectomy after 1 year to 5 years.Method:A total of 212 cases with lumbar disc herniation from Jan 2005 to Dec 2008 were picked,by the same physician using the same method of nucleus pulposus excision.Screening 98 cases patients age 20 to 45 years old as the study objects,and following-up those patients after 1 year and 5 years and recording surgical curative effect satisfaction,efficacy evaluation criteria via the JOA score,vas visual analogue scale and comparing patients’s operation before and after with intervertebral height and the spinal stability of image data.Result:Preoperative JOA score,VAS score and the operation satisfaction were compared with 5 years,1 year,immediately after the operation,or two phase comparison showed statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Young and middle-aged lumbar disc herniation patients with nucleus pulposus extirpation,have small wound,safe operation,less complications,patients recover ability,low cost,after 1 year to 5 years follow-up,with better long term efficacy,it is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
