Effect of Contrast of Percutaneous Vertebroplasty and Conservative Treatment for Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures
目的：对比经皮椎体成形术和保守疗法治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的效果。方法：选择2012年1月-2014年9月于本院接受治疗的92例老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者作为研究对象，根据治疗方案不同分为研究组和对照组两组，对照组患者采用保守疗法进行治疗，研究组患者采用经皮椎体成形术进行治疗。观察治疗前后两组患者VAS评分情况，并比较治疗前后两组患者椎体前后缘高度、Cobb角及临床疗效。结果：治疗前及治疗后1、2个月，两组患者VAS评分均基本相…查看全部>>
