血清中25-OH-D、FGF23因子对骨质疏松患者糖皮质激素治疗疗效的评估价值分析

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the evaluation of value for curative effect of serum 25-OH-D,FGF23 factors glucocorticoid therapy in patients with osteoporosis.Method:A total of 120 patients with osteoporosis were selected for retrospective analysis from August 2014 to June 2015 glucocorticoid treatment, therapy for half a year, before treatment adopt bone mineral density,bone mineral density detector to detect the bone mineral density T value in -1.0- -2.5 s,according to their bone mineral density all patients were divided into group A(T=+2.5--1.0 s),group B(T=-1.0--2.5 s) and group C(T<-2.5 s),the contrast between different groups before and after drug serum 25-OH-D,FGF23 factor level difference,ROC curve analysis was used to evaluate the accuracy of the two factors of patients after treatment efficacy.Result:After treatment serum 25-OH-D,FGF23 factors levels of group A,B were significantly higher than those of before treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),patients in group C before and after treatment serum 25-OH-D,FGF23 factor levels had no significant difference(P>0.05).In the respect of after treatment serum 25-OH-D,FGF23 factor levels,group A>group B>group C(P<0.05).According to the results of ROC curve analysis,25-OH-D evaluated after the assessment of osteoporosis treatment,the curative effect was 71.34%,the sensitivity was 83.45%,the accuracy effect was 86.71%,FGF23 evaluated after the assessment of osteoporosis treatment,the curative effect was 79.64%,the sensitivity was 88.57%,the accuracy effect was 91.22%. Conclusion:Serum 25-OH-D,FGF23 factors are closely related to the condition of patients with osteoporosis,in the early diagnosis of evaluation curative effect after treatment has better specific degrees,sensitivity,accuracy,it’s better to guide clinical treatment,it’s worth of further clinical promotion.关键词
