Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Ogilvy & Mather Pull Down Magnesium Enteric-coated Metformin Hydrochloride and Omeprazole Sodium for Injection in acute craniocerebral injury complicated with stress ulcer bleeding.Method:In our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 86 patients with acute craniocerebral injury complicated with stress ulcer bleeding patients were selected,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the principle of random assignment,43 cases in each group.On the basis of the control group treatment,patients in the observation group were given Omeprazole Sodium for Injection,cerebral hemorrhage was given positive prevention and intervention measures.Patients in the control group were only given Ogilvy & Mather Pull Down Magnesium Enteric-coated Metformin Hydrochloride and conventional measures.The complications occurred in the course of treatment,such as gastrointestinal function failure,and so on,after a course of treatment to evaluate the efficacy of the treatment,gastrointestinal function failure rate,anxiety score and clinical effect of two groups were compared.Result:The incidence rate of gastrointestinal failure in the observation group was 25.6%,the control group was 62.8%,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).There were significant differences in anxiety scores between two groups (P<0.05).In the observation group,the total effective rate was 95.3%,the control group was 74.4%,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ogilvy & Mather Pull Down Magnesium Enteric-coated Metformin Hydrochloride on acute craniocerebral injury complicated with stress ulcer bleeding patients has an obvious curative effect and improve the risk of patients with gastrointestinal function failure rate and the acute craniocerebral injury patients complicated with stress ulcer hemorrhage patients caused by nerve defect,reduce brain edema and clinical characterization and the perihematoma hypodensity area,relieve the clinical symptoms. To ease the anxiety of patients,it is beneficial to maintain the mental health of patients.Using Ogilvy & Mather Pull Down Magnesium Enteric-coated Metformin Hydrochloride combination therapy is feasible and safe,which is worthy of further application.关键词
