鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融术术前及术后鼻声反射和鼻阻力检查结果分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of nasal acoustic reflex and nasal resistance (NR) test results in the evaluation of low temperature radiofrequency ablation under endoscopic sinus surgery. Method:From May 2011 to May 2014,90 cases of moderate and severe chronic rhinitis in our hospital were selected as the research group,which drug therapy effect were not good and selected nasal endoscopic low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation.The visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to evaluate the degree of pain before and after surgery.90 cases of healthy people during the same period were selected as the control group, the nasal acoustic reflex and NR test before and after nasal mucosa contraction combined with VAS pain score were compared.Result:Before surgery,there were no significant differences in the bilateral nasal index of research group before and after nasal mucosa contraction(P>0.05).Compared with before surgery,the researh group minimum cross-sectional area of the nasal cavity (NMCA) and nasal volume (NCV) increased,NR decreased, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the minimum cross-sectional area of the nasal cavity to the distance from the front (DCAN) and average cross-sectional area of nasal cavity (MNCA) were not statistically significant(P>0.05),postoperative VAS score was significantly lower than preoperative,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the control group and the study group after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion:Low temperature radiofrequency ablation under endoscopic sinus surgery for the treatment of moderate and severe chronic rhinitis has exact effect.It can effectively improve the nasal airway function,nasal acoustic reflex and NR test results can accurately reflect the clinical efficacy.关键词
