Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of NT value ultrasonic measurement in the diagnossis of fetal abnormalities at 11-13+6 weeks.Method:From January 2014 to December 2014 3822 cases examined for pregnancy in our hospital at 11-13+6 weeks pregnant women as the research objects,USES the ultrasonic measurement of 3822 cases of fetus NT transparent layer(neck) value,the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities.Result:3822 cases of pregnant women,a total of 3869 cases of fetus,the screening found 109 cases of malformation fetus.109 cases of malformation fetus,NT value≥2.5 mm,a total of 84 cases of fetus,the proportion was 77.1%,was significantly higher than the NT value<2.5 mm of fetus( χ2=63.872,P<0.05).Conclusion:At 11-13+6 weeks of pregnancy fetal NT value can be used as the important way of screening for fetal malformation,NT value≥2.5 mm important reference index for screening fetal abnormalities.关键词
