摘要
Abstract
Objective:The specimen smears were stained by the blood cell analyzer,and the number, form and classification of blood cells were compared to those results of blood cell analyzer to verify if the results of the blood cell analyzer are reliable and accurate.Method:Two thousand specimens of patients showing abnormal blood cell analysis results via the blood cell analyzer admitted from June 2013 to June 2015 were subjected to research and analysis,and such results were subject to analysis and comparison to results determined via blood smear microscope.Result:The number of platelets of patients were higher than that of normal specimen smears, being the same to results of the blood cell analyzer,but the number of partial platelets didn’t coincided with normally lower part,pseudo thrombocytopenia resulted from the aggregation of platelets must be subjected to blood smear detection.The results of RBC volume tested via blood smear microscope were the same to those via blood cell analyzer.Abnormal WBC specimens classified or unclassified were required to subject to blood smear microscopy. Conclusion:Testing results by using of blood cell analyzer are abnormal and not completely reliable,only the comparison of smear staining microscope test results can the disadvantage of the blood cell analyzer failing to correctly identify abnormal cell compositions,accurate and scientific results are obtained finally,decreasing the misdiagnosis probability of patients.关键词
