无痛胃镜与普通胃镜检查的临床护理对比
Clinical Nursing Contrast Methods of Painless Gastroscopy and Common Gastroscopy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the characteristics of clinical nursing methods in 2 ways of painless gastroscopy and common gastroscopy.Method:A total of 280 cases of patients admitted into our hospital from April 2012 to February 2014 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,140 patients in each group.In the study group was given painless gastroscopy,and the control group was given the traditional method of gastroscopy.The changes of systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),heart rate(HR) and blood oxygen saturation(SpO2) of two groups were observed during the operation.After operation,two groups of patients were randomly investigated,SDS and SAS scores of two groups were compared using Depression Scale (SDS) and self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS).Result:SBP,SDP,HR,SpO2 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).And SDS and SAS scores of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Painless gastroscopy is safe,efficient,and can reduce the psychological burden of patients,but also need to be better coordination of nursing staff,it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
