摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of capsule filling water in cesarean section in patients with postpartum hemorrhage.Method:From December 2014 and December 2015 in our hospital implementation of 54 patients with cesarean section occurred postpartum hemorrhage were selected as the observation group,from December 2010 and December 2011 in our hospital implementation of cesarean section occurred postpartum hemorrhage in patients with 54 cases were selected as the control group,the observation group was given water capsule filling uterus oppression hemostasis in patients with the team,hemostasia gauze is the uterus oppression hemostasis was applied to the control group patients stop bleeding,the hemostatic effect of two groups were analyzed and compared.Result:Different hemostatic method was used to stop bleeding, blood loss,operative time,bleeding after stuffing indwelling time,incidence of complications of the observation group were better than those of the control group,there were statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:Water capsule filling in postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section can achieve ideal hemostatic effect,it is worthy of promotion of using.关键词
