摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study and discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of endovascular embolization in the treatment of occult intracranial vascular malformations hemorrhage.Method:From January 2014 to March 2015,128 cases of occult intracranial vascular malformations in our hospital were selected as the research objects, they were divided into the operation group and the embolism group, each group had 64 cases. The operation group was treated with removing the abnormal blood vessels and cleanning the hematoma under the microscope, the embolism group was treated with endovascular embolization, the clinical efficacy and life function of two groups were compared.Result:The total occlusion rate in the embolism group was lower than the operation group, the most of embolization rate was higher than the operation group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in two groups resection rate of small partial embolization(P>0.05).The proportion of patients with life function for the first class in the embolism group was higher than the operation group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of endovascular embolization in the treatment of occult intracranial vascular malformations is similar to the operation group, but has higher security,is a kind of more ideal clinical treatment method, not only can achieve good therapeutic effect, but also can guarantee the life function of patients after treatment and prevent the occurrence of surgical sequelae, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
